If you have always wanted to paint in watercolour but not sure how to start, then this workshop is for you!
The workshop will be in 4 two hour sessions.

In the first session we will look at the essentials, Brushes and Paper
In the second session we start studying the beautiful world of color and it's properties. We will create our own colourwheel, helping us to understand Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Colours. Mixing colours is essential in watercolours. This study is based on the Split Primary Colour Wheel.
In the third session we go further to understand the colour wheel and it's purpose in our paintings. Small exercises to help us understand value, temperature, saturation, tint and shade.
In the fourth session we will be painting a delicate rose with lights and shadows 8x10 watercolor
Upon registration you will be emailed the zoom invitation, any photo references, colour wheel to be printed, and material list
